It's not every day you work with someone who delivers what they promise to you...and then some! The first day I met with Morgan I signed a contract with her - the confidence she had in her abilities left me no doubt that she was the right person to work with. This was my first time buying in the city, and she was very diligent in questioning me about how I liked to live, what my priorities were, and then matched my needs to the best neighborhoods and condos for me.

While most people are skeptical that realtors are only "out to get the sale price higher so they get a bigger commission", Morgan guided me to make an offer even below what I was expecting to make which proved she was looking out for my best interests first and foremost. As first-time home buyers, we were full of questions....Morgan Sage had answers! Morgan was able to filter through the vast inventory in the Chicago real estate market and was able to hone in on those listings that were a good match for us. She walked us through the entire home-buying process in detail and helped us liaise with the builder's agent and attorney. She was easy to reach and prompt in responding to our requests and questions. Our closing process had its hiccups, however, Morgan recommended a fabulous lawyer and together they handled a time sensitive situation with professionalism. When my wife and I were getting close to closing on a new construction condo in the Fulton River District, finding a good Realtor was our highest priority. We did that when we met Morgan. Our goal with the condo was turn it around as fast as possible. Morgan developed a multi-faceted marketing campaign that would give us the most valuable exposure. We purchased our property on a Tuesday and Morgan had an open house set up the following Sunday. Morgan produced an offer the following week and she worked with us daily to negotiate and close the offer. However, she did not stop there. As a first-time home buyer it was important to me to find a real-estate agent with a firm knowledge of the current real estate market coupled with the patience to work slowly through each step with me so that I fully grasped exactly what was occurring in the process. Additionally, with my hectic work travel schedule I needed someone who was able to work with me at opportune times and willing to do a lot of the preparation work for me. Morgan fit all of these categories and more.

In our first meeting Morgan and I discussed specifically what I was looking for in a condo and she made sure to ask the right probing questions to more fully understand exactly what was important to me. After our initial meeting Morgan made sure to provide me with a list of properties that fit my specific needs. She provided me with a few properties which we looked at over the course of two days and as a follow-up Morgan prepared a comparative analysis of the properties we walked through. Being able to look at the properties conveniently in a spreadsheet made it easy for me to see what properties had which features and allowed me to make an educated decision in just two weeks after we met (while I had been looking on my own for two months prior).

Additionally, I utilized Morgan's network of professional affiliates - mortgage broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, etc.. - and found them all to be extremely professional and easy to work with as well. Not having to concern myself with going out and finding these individuals on my own relieved a lot of pressure during a stressful time.

I look forward to working with Morgan again when I sell/buy additional properties in the future. She is a consummate professional and was a joy to work with. Seeing as how she was so spectacular to work with I am even planning on asking her for remodeling advice so that when I sell my current condo I am able to maximize my profits.
